Access Support

Insurance Coverage and Access

After the patient enrollment form is submitted, MAP will complete a benefits verification with the patient’s insurance and provide a detailed coverage overview. MAP is also available to answer questions about the prior authorization process, ensuring you have the information you need at your fingertips.

Denials and Appeals

The majority of patients prescribed Mirum products receive coverage approval, but if coverage is denied, our Regional Access Specialists can work directly with your team in providing resources and information to help with navigating the appeals process. We are just a phone call away.

MAP Regional Access Specialists

Mirum Access Plus Savings Program

Eligible patients with commercial or private insurance may pay as little as $10 out of pocket per fill for LIVMARLI.*

Mirum Patient Assistance Program (PAP)

Our Patient Assistance Program provides support for those who may require and qualify for financial support.* Our programs are matched to the patient's needs and eligibility criteria.

Our dedicated MAP team can help determine eligibility for available support options and guide patients through the enrollment process.

Mirum Access Plus (MAP) offers reliable support for you and your patients all in one place, providing resources and guidance from prescription through refill, so you can focus on what matters most—patient care.

MAP helps connect you, your staff, and your patients with the information and support needed to access our medications. We bring together all Mirum therapies and support resources in one place, so you can find the resources whenever you need them to help your patients start and stay on therapy.

The Patient Consent Form can be completed and signed by the patient at the same time you submit the Patient Enrollment Form or anytime after. If preferred, the patient can connect directly with MAP at 1-855-676-4968 or send the consent form themselves either by fax or by email.

MAP Mobile is a website platform that can be accessed by patients on either their phone or desktop that offers updates about their prescriptions, refill reminders, and access to resources about their medication.

The MAP Portal for HCPs is the easiest and quickest way to submit prescriptions; provide additional documentation; access coverage, approval, and/or appeals information about LIVMARLI; and check the status of insurance coverage decisions for all your patients.
